Authorities ID body found in White River
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Investigators have released the identity of a body found in the White River on Sunday.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department have identified the man as 44-year-old James Rice.
On Sunday, boaters found Rice’s torso floating in the area of North White River Parkway West Drive and West New York Street.
Rice’s back had a tattoo that read “Only God Can Judge Me.”
IMPD are continuing to investigate Rice’s death.
