Bloomington food truck masters the grilled cheese!
It’s the longest-running food truck in Bloomington, Indiana and today on Indy Style, they BRING THE “CHEEZE!” Chad and Cory, co-owners of The Big Cheeze chat about the history of their business, their menu options and what’s next on their plate!
• ABOUT THE BIG CHEEZE
The Big Cheeze is the longest running food truck in Bloomington, IN. They specialize in a variety of grilled cheese sandwiches, cheese fries, mozzarella sticks, deep fried mac and cheese and a handful of other cheesy things. The Big Cheeze has been in operation since February of 2012 where it started in West Lafayette, IN before moving to Bloomington, IN to open up in June of 2012. Their primary focus is on the students at Indiana University, specifically during the late-night bar scene. They also do private events around Bloomington with local businesses, student organizations and are actively forming the Food Truck Association of Bloomington, which has helped to start a Food Truck Friday tradition in Bloomington. The Big Cheeze also travels up to Indy for many events throughout the year like the Indiana State Fair, March Madness Music Festival, First Friday Food Truck Festival and Gen Con.
