4 Lawrence Central students involved in head-on collision
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Four Lawrence Central Students were involved in a head-on collision. Wednesday morning on the city’s northeast side.
Police said the crash happened at 71st and Shadeland Avenue around 10:19 a.m.
They were leaving McKenzie Center for Innovation & Technology (MCIT) to head back to Lawrence Central for the day.
Police said the driver of the vehicle was trapped in the car and had head injuries. The driver was transported to Methodist.
The three other students were sent to the hospital for examination and treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
