Shelby Co. police arrest man wanted for child molesting, battery
SHELBY COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Police have arrested a man with a warrant for child molesting and battery resulting in bodily injury to a person less than 14 years of age.
Shelby County police said they arrested Martin Castillo for an incident that happened on April 16.
Police said they first received a phone call that Castillo had assaulted a 10 year old female. When they arrived on scene, they said Castillo left prior to their arrival.
An investigation was conducted and a warrant was issued out of Shelby County on or about April 21, and served on May 3.
As of Friday afternoon, Castillo was being held in the Shelby County Jail with no bond.
