Indiana state rep candidate’s voicemail: ‘F— you’

LOGANSPORT, Ind. (WLFI) – The winner in Tuesday’s Democratic primary for Indiana state representative in District 25 had a highly unusual voicemail greeting.

Maurice Fuller will face Republican incumbent Don Lehe in the general election.

Until Friday afternoon, Fuller’s cellphone voicemail greeting was two words: “F— You.”

Fuller says he doesn’t use his voicemail and unintentionally recorded the message.

“It was a complete accident,” said Fuller. “I got it taken care of, so hopefully, it will never happen again.”

Fuller says he’s not worried about the voicemail greeting.

“There’s a lot of worse things we need to deal with than what’s going on with my voicemail,” he said.

The explicit message was removed from Fuller’s voicemail after WLFI asked him about it.
