Mother, son graduate from IUPUI on Mother’s Day
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One mother got an extra special Mother’s Day gift — a college diploma.
Sharon Lutz, 56, and her son graduated from IUPUI Sunday. She couldn’t make it to the ceremony due to recovering from a car accident, but her husband and son picked up the diploma.
She and her son, Bryan, have been taking classes together for the past few years. They graduated from the Kelley School of Business at IUPUI.
Sharon started taking classes in the ’80s and returned in the past few years after a break.
