Clicking through the years: A timeline of the Indianapolis 500

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – This year marks the 100th running of the Indianapolis 500, the largest single-day sporting event in the world.

As part of WISH-TV’s month of coverage, the station will celebrate the centennial running with 24 hours of special Indy 500 coverage and programming.

WISH-TV’s “24-Hours of Indy” will begin at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 26, continuing through 8 p.m. on Friday, May 27.
