Mom’s surprise visit to daughter goes hilariously wrong

LOGAN, UT. (WISH) – A mother trying o surprise her daughter at school went hilariously wrong.

18-year-old Mckenna Pilling’s said her mother attempted to surprise her in her dorm room at Utah State University, but instead walked in the wrong dorm room.

“She just waited there for five minutes and decided to send me a funny picture and it ended up not being my dorm. I just immediately started laughing,” said McKenna Pilling, student.

Her mother walked into the wrong dorm room, took a picture of herself laying on the bed, sent the picture to her daughter and shortly realized she was in the wrong room.

Her mother said she immediately felt sick after she learned the news.

The pair said they never did find out who the room belonged to.CNN contributed to this.
