Youth athletic summer camps offered to keep kids performance-ready

When it comes to some kids’ sports, staying in shape, both physically and mentally doesn’t end when the school year does. In fact, it just gets going! Ty Terrell, Performance Coach, IFAST, chats about youth athletic summer camps and demonstrates skills/exercises that kids can work on over the summer to prepare for the season. The first two camps are Volleyball and Basketball:

1 Volleyball Camp
June 6-July 1 for boys and girls ages 12-18
Training topics include boosting your vertical jump, developing speed, agility and quickness and optimizing your athletic performance. 12 1-hour sessions are $337.
