Indy man hosts lunch for first responders on front lawn
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — An Indianapolis resident took time Saturday to personally thank first responders.
Matt Miller invited police and fire personnel to his his for a free lunch.
With the help of some sponsors, Miller cooked up a hundred pounds of smoked pulled pork along with all the sides.
Officers held their 1 p.m. roll call at Miller’s house.
Miller said he just wanted to say thank you to the first responders and remind the community that “blue lives matter.”
