Partnership represents ‘largest onboarding of nurse volunteers since WWI’

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana University Health and the Indiana Region of the American Red Cross are teaming up to provide thousands of volunteers.

They have entered into a two year agreement. It’s a commitment of over 40,000 hours from more than 2,000 new nurse volunteers.

They say the alliance “likely represents the largest single onboarding of nurse volunteers since World War I.”

In other business headlines, UPS will allow customers to track their packages in real time. You will have to sign up for the service and it will be offered on a limited basis at first.

Customers will be able to see the where the driver is on the map, but they won’t be able to see the driver’s route.
