Ryan Hunter-Reay stops by Riley Hospital for Children

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A group of kids who are being treated for severe chronic illnesses at Riley Hospital for Children got to enjoy practice and spend some quality time with IndyCar driver Ryan Hunter-Reay.

The former Indy 500 winner took the kids and their families on a tour through the track at practice time and shared some lunch with them.

Butterball and Kroger teamed up to make the event happen. They are also working to give back to Riley and Racing for Cancer. They say that $0.28 of each Butterball Turkey Burger (any flavor) sold from May 8 to May 28 at Kroger will be donated up to $10,000, and Kroger will match that amount.

Hunter-Reay is an ambassador for racing for cancer.
