According to the Warsaw Police Department, a Warsaw Community Schools official came to police to report that the school had discovered information of inappropriate sexual contact between Moser and a 14-year-old student. School officials said they found multiple emails from the girl on Moser’s computer that indicated her mother suspected an inappropriate relationship between the two.

The school also learned that Moser had given the girl a Starbucks gift card, and that she would often go to Moser’s classroom during lunch periods, police said.

With that information, Warsaw Police established probable cause that Moser engaged in inappropriate sexual contact with the girl. Additionally, found that Moser had inappropriate conversations with several other girls at the school, police said.

Moser was arrested Thursday.
