Stress, anxiety, lack of confidence. At one time or another, we all suffer from it. To help, Erica Gallmeyer, Owner of Breaking Walls Counseling, along with her 13-year-old daughter Rylee, show us coping techniques and tools we can all use to put our mental skills to action!

ABOUT BREAKING WALLS COUNSELING

• Our practice really consists of 3 parts: (1) private mental health practice specializing in stress reduction, (2) anxiety management techniques and (3) strategies to cope with adjustment.

• Part 2 of the practice is assisting athletes deal with the stress and pressure that come from having to perform at a high level in addition to school etc.

• Part 3 is the mental skills training program.

• Ultimately, Breaking Walls Counseling helps give folks a pro-active approach to dealing with stress, anxiety, the need to perform (in whatever life circumstance).

-Breaking Walls Counseling is a private mental health therapy practice specializing in anxiety reduction, stress management, healthy adjustment, building coping skills and increasing confidence. We use a variety of therapeutic interventions to effectively treat our clients. Most importantly, we view our clients as individuals functioning within a system so we work towards maximizing a person’s mental health within the framework of their life system.
