Juvenile accused of breaking into vehicles in Noblesville

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) – Noblesville Police Department says a juvenile was taken into custody for allegedly breaking into vehicles.

Police said they were sent to the 1400 block of Maple Avenue after reports of a complaint of someone breaking into vehicles.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a male juvenile riding a skateboard in the middle of the street. During the investigation, they said they were told by a witness that a skateboard had been allegedly taken from one of the vehicles.

The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Hamilton County Juvenile Services Center.

He faces one count of theft from vehicle, one count of disorderly conduct and a curfew violation.
