CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Firefighters in Carmel are ditching the red trucks and taking on a different set of wheels all for a good cause.
More than 100 bikers took on the road to the Hoosier Burn Camp Wednesday morning.
It’s a fundraiser for the camp that’s dedicated for kids who have been severely burnt. Those kids get to hang out with each other and share their stories and lose the self consciousness when swimming suits show their burn scars.
The funds will help keep the camp free.
If you are interested in the camp, Wednesday is visitors days.
