Glassel fled after police tried to pull him over near Holt Road and Morris Street on Saturday afternoon, according to an Indianapolis Metropotan olice Department media release.

After a short pursuit, Glassel lost control and crashed in the 1800 block of south Sigsbee Street, near Indianapolis International Airport. He and a passenger took off on foot but both were taken into custody.
