Cummins introducing LiveWell Center
Cummins Inc is adjusting its financial outlook for 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Cummins is previewing its LiveWell Center Tuesday afternoon.
Cummins is giving private tours of the center, which is a patient-centered care focusing on a range of medical services as well as preventative care and lifestyle coaching and programs.
The 28,000 square foot building features:
- No designated waiting room
- No forms to fill out
- Little to no wait times
- LiveWell health care professionals are not paid by the patient or the procedure
- Appointment times and scheduling are designed to give patients the time they need with a health care professional who won’t be overbooked or hurried
- A variety of visiting medical specialists in the areas of dermatology, behavioral health, women’s health, cardiology and orthopedics will partner with the Center to see patients onsite at LiveWell in addition to their primary offices.
- Fees are flat and will be available on the LiveWell website
- Costs for services are competitive with simple and transparent fee structures and payment processes
- Payment is collected onsite avoiding typical medical billing
- LiveWell enables greater collaboration among providers and stronger partnerships to support a total health approach
- Each guest will be greeted upon arrival by a host who assists in the process
- An Anthem representative will be located onsite at the Center to assist employees and their families in navigating questions or concerns they might have with healthcare
