Lafayette event connects veterans with potential employers, resources
LAFAYETTE, Ind. (WISH) – A special community outreach event is aimed at helping Hoosier veterans Wednesday.
Indiana’s Department of Veterans Affairs is putting on an event to help veterans and their families in Lafayette.
It will take place in the Home Ec room at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Veterans will have the opportunity to meet with potential employers and be able to deal with VA benefits and claims.
