Northbound lanes of Michigan Rd. closed due to water main break
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – There is a 12 inch diameter water main break on the north side of Indianapolis, according to Citizens Energy Group.
The company is reporting the break, which is on the 55-year-old water main, has closed both northbound lanes of Michigan Road at the intersection of Michigan Road and Fox Hill Drive Wednesday morning.
Traffic was being diverted around 5:45 a.m. through the center turn lane.
Repairs are expected to take a couple of hours.
