Indy has high number of underwater homes, the best dessert in Indiana

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indianapolis still has a high number of homes that have underwater mortgages, and what is the best dessert in Indiana?

According to Zillow’s negative equity report, Indianapolis has the 11th highest number of underwater homes.

The report said about 15 percent of homes are currently underwater. That is down from nearly 30 percent in 2012.
