STANLEY Security begins construction for new headquarters

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) – STANLEY Security, the City of Fishers’ officials, Ambrose Property Group and project partners are celebrating the groundbreaking of their new, state-of-the-art headquarters.

The groundbreaking celebration was Monday morning in Fishers.

“This is a very exciting day for our organization,” said Jim Cannon, President of STANLEY Security North America. “With the latest technologies integrated into the development of our new headquarters, the building will be the physical embodiment of STANLEY Security’s culture of innovation.”

The project was announced by STANLEY Security and Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness.

The new headquarters will be a $15.9 million investment, which includes 80,000 square feet and three stories.

“We are looking forward to providing revolutionary technology and unmatched customer service to commercial, institutional and industrial businesses with our employees together in one location,” said Cannon.

The new building is located along I-69 on Sunlight Drive. It’s currently under construction on the 106th Street interchange on I-69.

“I’m honored to be here today to celebrate STANLEY Security and welcome all of their employees to our community,” said Mayor Fadness. “As a leader in their industry and a continuous innovator, STANLEY Security is a perfect fit for Fishers and a committed partner in the city. This project exemplifies the vision of the I-69 corporate corridor, and sets a precedent for future development in the area.”

The new building is expected to be completed in the spring of 2017.
