Authorities release name of 10-year-old killed at Indiana Beach Campground
WHITE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – The White County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the victim in Tuesday’s accident at the Indiana Beach Campground was 10-year-old Blake Glassburn of Mishawaka, Indiana.
According to 24-Hour News 8’s sister station, WLFI, the boy was camping with family when a branch fell on his tent.
White County Sheriff Patrick Shafer said Indiana Beach security officers performed CPR on the boy until paramedics arrived. He was pronounced dead at IU Health White Memorial Hospital in Monticello on Tuesday.
