Traffic stop leads to OWI, driving while suspended and possession

BARTHOLOMEW COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A man was arrested after a traffic stop early Thursday morning.

Police said an officer was westbound on Johnathan Moore Pike when she pulled Tory Nolan Gray, 24, over at Johnathan Moore and Carrie Lane for improperly using their turn signal.

The officer said they smelled odor of alcohol, found Gray to be driving on a suspended license and found drug paraphernalia on the driver’s seat.

Gray was taken to the Bartholomew County Jail on preliminary charges of:

  • Operating while intoxicated
  • Driving while suspended
  • Possession of Paraphernalia

Gary was released on a $2,500 bond.
