Police identify woman fatally shot on Layman Ave. Tuesday night
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Police have identified the woman who was shot to death Tuesday night.
Joni Taylor, 58, was shot multiple times in the 3400 block of Layman Avenue, near 34th Street, after 11 p.m. Tuesday.
Taylor was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard of a residence. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
Police are investigating the incident as a homicide.
