Traffic stop leads to arrest of Ohio man caught with LSD, cocaine and meth

FULTON COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – A traffic stop leads to the arrest of an Ohio man caught with LSD, cocaine, and meth

According to police, an Indiana State Trooper pulled over Eric Hickerson, 30 of Hamilton County, Ohio, for following another vehicle too closely.

Police said Hickerson was driving a 1993 GMC van on U.S. 31 near Fulton County Road 600 North when he was pulled over. Police said during the traffic stop, the officer had his narcotics detecting police dog assist. The dog indicated the presence of illegal narcotics inside the van.

Police said they found:

  • Approximately 400 his of LSD
  • 4.6 pounds of marijuana
  • 21 grams of cocaine
  • Prescription pills
  • Methamphetamine
  • Numerous items of drug paraphernalia

He was transported to the Fulton County Jail and faces preliminary charges that include:

  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession of a controlled substance
  • Possession of marijuana
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
