Facebook wants to know if you’ve been scammed

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) –  Facebook is asking user to let them know if they’ve been scammed by an advertiser. Also, Hershey’s future is unclear after a $23 billion takeover bid.

Jane King was on Daybreak to talk about these business headlines and more.

If you’ve ever ordered an item online and the product is not as it was described, Facebook wants to know about it. The company said they want to be able investigate these claims and report the scammers.

In other business news, Mondelez made a roughly $23 billion bid for Hershey in an effort to create the world’s largest candy maker at a time when both companies sales are under pressure. Mondelez makes Oreo cookies and Cadbury chocolate bars. Hershey’s board unanimously rejected the bid Thursday and said they don’t want to talk about it anymore.
