Carmel Police Department searching for burglary suspect
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – The Carmel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a man wanted for robbery.
According to a release from Carmel Police, an armed robbery happened on June 25 at 1:03 a.m. at the Marathon gas station in Carmel.
Police said the suspect showed a black handgun and demanded money.
The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 5’9″ and weighs around 150 to 175 pounds.
Police said during the time of the robbery he was wearing the following:
- Dark brown hoodie sweatshirt
- Black pants
- Black shoes
- A cloth covering his face
- Gold framed women’s sunglasses
- Orange construction safety vest
