INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — In a new report from the political website Roll Call, a source says Donald Trump will choose Mike Pence as his running mate.

The article cites a Republican with “direct knowledge of the decision.”

Trump just recently left the Governor’s mansion yesterday after spending the morning with Pence and his family.

The decision will be officially announced tomorrow in New York City at 11 a.m.

Donald Trump left Indiana Wednesday evening after spending the day meeting with potential vice president candidates, including former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich and Indiana Governor, Mike Pence.

Pence introduced Donald Trump at a rally in Westfield on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Donald Trump and his family had breakfast with Governor Mike Pence.

“I’m just very honored and humbled to be on a list of truly remarkable people that are being considered by out nominee for this position. We were just truly grateful to have an opportunity to spend time again with Mr. Trump, but also members of his family. This morning Mrs. Pence and I put out a breakfast spread late last night, went out and clipped some flowers and served coffee and a warm breakfast this morning and just had good conversation as a family. These are good people. This man is going to be a great president and you can really tell a lot about a person when you get around their family,” said Governor Mike Pence.

Governor Pence is seeking re-election in Indiana. If chosen as Donald Trump’s running mate he will have to remove his name from the ballot by noon on Friday.
