Carmel police ask for assistance in search for theft suspect
CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – The Carmel Police Department is asking for help in the search for a theft suspect.
According to the CPD, a black male broke the window of a vehicle in the L.A Fitness parking lot in the 10500 block of North Michigan Road in Carmel and a stole a credit it.
Police said the busting of the car window and credit theft happened just before 5 p.m. on July 11.
After obtaining the credit, police said the suspect used it at locations near North Michigan Road and West 86th Street in Indianapolis.
Additionally, the suspect was witnessed climbing into the passenger side of a black vehicle with black wheels and a spoiler.
