Indiana Youth Institute talks sleep recommendations for kids, teens

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Tami Silverman with the Indiana Youth Institute joined 24-Hour News 8’s studios Thursday morning.

The AAP just came out with new sleep recommendations.

Ages six to 12 need nine to 12 hours of sleep. Teens 13 to 18 need eight to 10 hours.
