More than 2,500 without power in Fishers
FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — A Duke Energy outage affected more than 2,500 customers in Fishers on Thursday afternoon.
According to the electric company’s outage map, 2,692 households in the area of 116th Street and Allisonville Road were without service beginning at 2:30 p.m.
Duke Energy told 24-Hour News 8 that faulty equipment at a substation is to blame.
