Event gives community up-close look at public safety
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Bridging the gap between the community and public safety was the goal Saturday at IMPD’s training academy.
The Public Safety Palooza was put on by the Public Safety Citizen’s Alliance.
Residents who attended were able to meet and greet police officers and firefighters as well as check out equipment used by first responders.
This was the second year for the event.
