TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTHI) – Judge David Bolk confirmed an August 23 trial date for former Vigo County middle school teacher Jeremy Johnson. Johnson faces two counts of child molestation and one count of child solicitation.

Johnson’s charges stem from an alleged incident involving a former student, according to information filed in court by the Terre Haute Police Department.

Johnson’s lawyer did indicate in court he will file for a continuance to the trial. We’ll keep you posted.
