3 hurt in Noblesville crash that shut down road

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Three people are hurt after a single-vehicle crash shut down a Noblesville road Tuesday afternoon.

A vehicle was southbound on Boden Road approaching 156th Street just before 2:30 p.m. when it left the roadway, according to a Noblesville Fire Department official.

The vehicle collided with a telephone pole, injuring all three people inside.

They were taken to St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital in unknown condition. One person was airlifted, and the other two victims were transported by ambulance.

Investigators are unsure why the vehicle left the road.

Boden Road was shut down in both directions in the area for about an hour.

The three people hurt have not been identified.
