The Bicentennial Experience at Indiana State Fair shows, tells of Indiana’s history

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana celebrates 200 years of statehood in 2016, and throughout the year there are unique events and exhibits marking the momentous occasion.  One of those exhibits recognizing and celebrating Indiana’s bicentennial is at the Indiana State Fair.

Dick Wolfsie stopped by the Indiana State Fair to check out the exhibit that tells the history of Indiana.

He checked out the mobile unit that took three years to complete.

Mark Newman, the Executive Director for the Indiana Office Tourism Development, talked about the innovative exhibit, the process of bringing such an idea to fruition and takes Dick on a tour of The Bicentennial Experience.

The interactive trailer is open during State Fair hours at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.  It’s located in the Indiana Bicentennial Pavilion.
