Meth lab investigation leads to arrest

NEW CASTLE, Ind. (WISH) — Police arrested a man Tuesday afternoon as part of an ongoing investigation into the discovery of a meth lab.

33-year-old Corey Campbell was arrested on a warrant for dealing methamphetamine, a level 5 felony.

In June, members of the Indiana State Police Pendleton District Meth Suppression Team searched a house and garage in the 1300 block of South 19th Street in New Castle. As a result of the search, a meth lab was discovered in the garage.

That continuing investigation led to the arrest warrant being issued for Campbell.

Campbell was transported to the Henry County Jail.
