Police searching for attempted robber in mask
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is looking for a man wanted for attempted robbery.
Police said the attempted robbery happened on April 21 at 3:37 a.m. at the Exxon located at 2605 East Raymond Street.
The male suspect entered the Exxon wearing a mask. Police said he pointed a black semi-automatic handgun and pointed it at the clerk who was behind a bullet proof glass enclosure. The man pointed and the cash register, indicating he wanted the money.
Police said the clerk did not give him anything. The suspect then flipped his middle finger to the clerk and left the store southbound on foot.
