The Hoosier Lottery has been a fixture at the Indiana State Fair since 1990 and fair-goers always make Lotto Town at the Hoosier Lottery Grandstands one of their first stops. Anyone who attends the fair and is 18 years or older will enjoy the atmosphere of Lotto Town. They have Wheelspins where you can win shirts, water bottles, and Hoosier Lottery tickets.
All you have to do is find one of their sellers and purchase a Hoosier Dreams ticket. Scratch it off and if you find a wheel, you get to spin. You can also win cash prizes on the Hoosier Dreams ticket too, which is exclusive to the Indiana State Fair. Hoosier Lottery Day is this weekend. Adults 18 and older will receive a flyer when they enter the fair. They simply need to bring that flyer right to Lotto Town and exchange it for a free WINdiana ticket. You can win cash and tickets like the Hoosier Lotto ticket!
