IMPD investigating fatal shooting on east side
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Indianapolis police are investigating after a woman was found shot to death on the east side of the city Friday morning.
Police say a female’s body was discovered in an alley just east of the 800 block of Rural Street around 7:15 a.m.
She was shot late Thursday night or early Friday morning, according to a media release from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
The body has not been identified.
