Thousands expected at 8th annual Wammfest in Greenwood
GREENWOOD, Ind. (WISH) – Wine, art, music, and microbrew vendors are preparing for the 8th annual Wammfest in Greenwood’s Craig Park.
The event takes place Saturday and runs from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Organizers are expecting more than 6,500 people to attend.
The event is organized by the Sertoma Club of Greenwood, Ray Skillman Auto Group and Johnson Memorial Health.
All of the money raised goes to a variety of youth, individuals, and community causes.
According to Wammfest organizers, The Sertoma Club of Greenwood has donated more than $450,000 to local causes since the event was started seven years ago.
Tickets are $15 at the gate. Tickets can also be purchased online.
