Former Indiana bus driver pleads guilty to sexual misconduct with minor

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. (WLFI) – A former bus driver with the Tippecanoe School Corporation has pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a minor, following an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Tracy Jo Konsdorf, 48, entered a guilty plea on Aug. 12.

Konsdorf was arrested based on surveillance video released to authorities by TSC officials.

Court documents say the 14-year-old victim covered the camera, but the audio revealed kissing sounds and what prosecutors call a language of sexual nature.

Detectives say the student admitted to having several encounters with Konsdorf, including text messages expressing a desire for a romantic relationship.

Konsdorf’s sentencing is set for Sept. 9.
