Oliver Winery receives highest tourism honor in Indiana

(WISH) – Raytheon workers in Indianapolis are part of a new radar contract, and an Indiana winery gets a big reward.

Raytheon has been awarded $92 million for the design and manufacturing of a new surveillance radar contract.

Indianapolis Raytheon workers will be doing part of the work on the project.

This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $723 million.

In other business headlines, Oliver Winery owners Bill and Kathleen Oliver are this year’s recipients of the Will Koch Indiana Tourism Leadership Award.

The Award is considered the highest tourism honor given in the state of Indiana.

The Bloomington winery is the oldest in Indiana. It was established in 1972.
