Circle City Sweets announced an expansion in the City Market for a boulangerie, which will be baking fresh breads. And Circle City Soups is opening another location in the Lawrence Ivy Tech campus. That will be open soon; look for the boulangerie to open in early October.
Langton’s Irish Pub has closed in Carmel; it will become part of an expansion of its adjacent sister restaurant Matt the Miller’s.
Restaurateur Martha Hoover of Cafe Patachou has announced she will open a fried chicken place called Crispy Bird at 49th and Penn.
