Openings… closings.. expansions! When it comes to “what’s happening” in the restaurant world in Indy, Eat Drink Indy’s Jolene Ketzenberger has the scoop!


Dig-IN is this coming Sunday in a new location in Military Park.



Salt on Mass has opened in the Millikan on Mass Building at 505 Massachusetts Ave.



Circle City Sweets announced an expansion in the City Market for a boulangerie, which will be baking fresh breads. And Circle City Soups is opening another location in the Lawrence Ivy Tech campus. That will be open soon; look for the boulangerie to open in early October.



Langton’s Irish Pub has closed in Carmel; it will become part of an expansion of its adjacent sister restaurant Matt the Miller’s.



Restaurateur Martha Hoover of Cafe Patachou has announced she will open a fried chicken place called Crispy Bird at 49th and Penn.
