Peterson Farm Fest benefits local charity

For the fourth year…. the Carmel Fire Department is hosting “Farmfest” with 100% of the proceeds going to support, Reins of Grace Therapeutic Riding Center!! This local non-profit focuses on equine-assisted therapy for children with special needs.

The date is Saturday August 27 and the gates open at 4:00 p.m., rain or shine. The music lineup is fantastic, and food is too!! Bring the kids for games and fun Price of admission includes: all 3 live performances, food and drinks ( yes beer too, if so inclined), and activities for the kids.

Bring your instruments and your lawnchairs! If you like to Jam, or just listen, then plan to stick around after the bands are finished. The upper barn becomes a jam session late into the night, with some of the most talented and fun folks around!!Don’t forget to bring:

Lawn chairs

Cooler for drinks ( beer is provided)

Little extra cash for raffle

Change of clothes for the kiddos ( for the 50 ft slip and slip and slide)

5:00 to 6:30 Meal is served (Hog Roast, hot dogs, and 3 sides)

5:30 to 6:30 Branded Bluegrass plays (award winning band)

7:00 to 8:30 John Riggins plays (Raised local and Nashville recording artist)

8:30 to ?? Jam session Lets get to “Pickin”
