Colts welcome high school teams affected by Kokomo tornadoes

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Kokomo High School and Hamilton Heights High School football players were honored before Saturday’s Colts game at Lucas Oil Stadium.

The schools were set to face off Friday night, but the game was canceled after Wednesday’s tornadoes. Instead of playing each other on the field, the teams united to help tornado victims.

Both the Wildkats and Huskies were VIP guests at the Colts game. Players received free tickets for themselves and their families.
