Merchandise Warehouse to debut new building after expansion

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A company specializing in temperature-controlled warehousing services has a new addition to its Indianapolis facility.

Merchandise Warehouse debuted its new building with a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday morning.

Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett and congressman Todd Rokita were part of the ceremony.

The family owned company said the new building comes as part of an expansion announced in June, investing more than $13 million and creating up to 65 new jobs by 2019.

Merchandise Warehouse packages, stores and ships goods for the food, grocery, pharmaceutical and general commodity industries.
