Person shot on north side, currently in critical condition
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One person was shot in the stomach just after 7 p.m. in the area near Bernard and Rookwood Avenue.
Authorities say that the person has been transported to Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital and is in critical condition, but was said to be responsive on the scene.
The victim was able to tell authorities that he was shot by someone on foot.
