PIZZA SAUCE 1 OZ

WHOLE MILK MOZZARELLA 1 1/2 OZ

SPINACH 1/4 OZ

RED ONION 1/8 OZ

ROASTED TOMATO 1/4 OZ

MUSHROOMS 1/4 OZ

BANANA PEPPER 1/4 OZ

RED/GREEN PEPPERS 1/4 OZ

METHOD OF PREPARATION

ROLL DOUGH THROUGH THE PIZZA SHEETER, PLACE ON THE PIZZA SCREEN AND DOCK DOUGH. SPREAD SAUCE ALL OF THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE DOUGH LEAVING A 1/8″ RING AROUND THE OUTSIDE. PLACE INGREDIENTS ON THE PIZZA IN ORDER. FOR THE SALAD PLACE THE LETTUCE IN THE BOWL AND TOP WITH TOMATO AND CUCUMBER. PLACE THE DRESSING IN A SMALL RAMEKINMac and Cheese

ELBOW PASTA 4 OZ

HEAVY CREAM 2 OZ

AMERICAN CHEESE 2 OZ

SALT AND PEPPER 1/8 TSP

METHOD OF PREPARATION

PLACE PASTA PAK IN WATER FOR 30 SECONDS AND DRAIN WELL. PLACE CREAM IN SAUTE PAN, ADD CHEESE AND BRING TO A SIMMER. CONTINUE TO STIR UNTIL COMPLETELY MELTED. TOSS WITH HOT DRAINED PASTA, AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER, PLACE IN SOUP CROCK. SERVED ON LINED SOUP PLATE WITH PLAIN FRIES AND A SOUP SPOON.
