Police investigating fatal crash on I-70
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Authorities are investigating a deadly crash that occurred near the 87 mile marker eastbound on I-70.
When they arrived on scene, authorities found what looked to be an abandoned van crashed into a median wall.
Upon further inspection, authorities found the body of 27-year-old Devon Cissell located about 100 yards behind the van on the shoulder of the interstate,
No other vehicles are believed to be involved in the crash.
According to the Indiana State Police, the crash occurred just before 6 a.m. on Saturday.This story will be updated as more information is made available.
